The DOE Systems Biology Knowledgebase is a cyberinfrastructure consisting of a collection of data, organizational methods, standards, analysis tools, and interfaces representing knowledge emanating from systems biology research. The Knowledgebase will be used for integrating, comparing, and analyzing large, heterogeneous datasets to ultimately develop predictive models of biological systems.
