Visits & Tours

National Academy of Sciences: In association with a DOE-Environmental Management Study and Report on the state of R&D, ORIFC staff gave a presentation and field tour highlighting previous and current research endeavors at the Oak Ridge Field Research Center in June 2007.

Pennyslvania State University: ORIFC staff conducted a tour of the ORFRC for visitors associated with the University's NSF-Funded Center for Environmental Kinetics Analysis. Current and future research endeavors were discussed as well as opportunities for collaboration.

Interstate Technology Regulatory Council: In association with DOE-Environmental Management, ORIFC team members conducted a tour for ITRC members in September 2007 to help achieve Council goals of educating, training, and transferring knowledge about the latest technologies to its members.
