The Nuclear Structure 2016 conference will be hosted by the Physics Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), on July 24 ‐ 29, 2016, in downtown Knoxville. This will be the 16th in this series of biennial conferences organized by North American national laboratories. Previous meetings have been held in East Lansing(2008), Berkeley (2010), Argonne (2012), Vancouver (2014).
The scientific program will be devoted to the latest research and development in experimental and theoretical nuclear structure physics, with emphasis on the properties of nuclei at the extremes of isospin, excitation energy, mass, and angular momentum.
The program will consist mostly of contributed talks selected from submitted abstracts, built upon a framework of invited speakers. Please see NS2016 Circular!
